I consider myself a unique home, I tell you why.
It was built in the year 2000 in one of the nicest and quietest places in Malaga, Guadalmar. Little by little they surrounded me with access and essential services for my owners to live their day to day in a comfortable way, with everything at hand.
As for me, I never felt comfortable the way I was designed. After going through several renovations, I managed to reach my full potential. Today I consider myself a spacious house, with character, with those large spaces that the owners demanded me, both for their bedrooms where I have meters to spare since my 6 bedrooms were renovated distributing the space for the current 4, as for that "magazine" kitchen open to the living room that deserves a separate comment.
My kitchen is German, made to measure with a timeless design, high qualities and only 2 years old. I have hidden and integrated in my furniture, a refrigerator, freezer and dishwasher. I also have an osmosis system and the icing is on my wall of beautiful natural slate stone.

My neighborhood has several beach bars, specifically 3, one of them is the mythical serving, where one of the best fish of the coast is served. It also has a restaurant, an rice bar, a café, a bar...

Travel details: I am 2.7 km walk from Plaza Mayor, where there is absolutely everything, including train stop. In 5 minutes I am in the area of Litoral (Hospital Quirón) and in 10 in Malaga center.
