What services do we provide?
For your peace of mind, our experienced staff at El Soto de Marbella Property will visit your property on a weekly basis and provide you with an up to date report on the condition of your property. We will ensure that the property is kept in a secure, dry and ventilated state, checking for signs of damp and even pest infestation. We will open and close windows, check the electric is working including testing electric blinds, check for any water leaks, run your taps and flush all toilets.
If we find any problems we will contact you immediately for a suggested course of action. Any required work will have to be paid by you in advance of works being carried out.
We can retain a suggested float from you so that emergency works can be undertaken immediately in the unfortunate case of flooding or break-ins.
Our Standard Package includes:
- Key holding for owners and private guests
- Turning on the hot water prior to your arrival
- Checking the security of your property on a weekly basis
- Checking all utilities and appliances are in working order
- Arranging for any works to be done on the property where necessary
- Checking furnishings and Inventory
- Access to our professional tradesmen ensuring best prices and work guarantee
- Arranging for cleans and linen changes to be carried out
What are our costs?
2 and 3 bedroom apartments – 580 euros per year + IVA.
For villas and town houses please request a quote.
Payment can be made by direct-debit.
